PopOut App Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
1. Commitment to Child Safety
PopOut is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from our platform and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the PopOut app and website:
Any content that depicts, promotes, or encourages child sexual exploitation, including but not limited to child sexual abuse materials (CSAM).
Any attempt to groom, solicit, or engage minors in sexual conversations, imagery, or activities.
Any user-generated content that contains inappropriate or sexualized depictions of minors.
Any attempt to use PopOut to facilitate contact between minors and adults for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
3. Proactive Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor reports and flagged content to detect and remove any material that violates this policy.
We use automated detection tools and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity.
We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations when necessary.
4. Reporting and Response
If you encounter any suspected CSAE content or behavior within PopOut, please report it immediately via our in-app reporting system or by contacting bo@popoutapp.com.
We will:
Investigate all reports promptly.
Take appropriate enforcement actions, including account bans and law enforcement referrals where necessary.
5. Compliance with Laws and Industry Standards
PopOut fully complies with:
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) reporting requirements
Google Play Developer Policies on CSAE
